I would make it a zero rating if I could. I’m very disappointed in Target. This product came in the mail broken. I tried to request a replacement and that was not available. So I contacted customer service department to see if I could get a partial refund since it was broken and I would have to try to fix it. The help desk said since it was an affiliate party that sells on target.com they can only return it. Target should stand behind their sellers products or not sell them. I purchase most of my products from larger box stores or Amazon for this reason. Very disappointing since by children picked out this decoration. So my choice is to refund it with no replacement.

This is far too overpriced for how it looks like in real life. It is cheap and flimsy. at most worth $30 not $70. Will be returning this tomorrow
