Really help staying asleep longer.
I have no trouble getting to sleep. I have trouble staying asleep. These tablets help me sleep for a longer period of time. I really appreciate them. My quality of life has increased exponentially.

Calming but not sleeping much
I have to say that I only slept deeper on 1 night of 14 days that I used this product. Otherwise, I had to resort back to using my Melatonin the next night.

I was ready to try this product, but there is croscarmellose in it and this is not a safe item--it can swell to 20x and has the potential to cause an intestinal blockage. Hope you will remove it--kust no necessary. thank you

Works so well - the best
These work wonders for me. We've been going through some stress and lack of sleep has been forefront. Taking these before bed helps me sleep well, and deeply without feeling groggy in the morning. Sometimes, if I wake in the night and cannot get back to sleep, I take these and they give me more rest than I might have tossing and turning.

Sleep Calm Works
Sleep Calm has provided sleep for my daughter who has a lot of insomnia issues. Sometimes she requires two doses to get a full night's sleep--one before bed and one about 4-5 hours later. But she then does sleep.
