Missing peice

Unfortunately this set was missing a key peice and I was unable to complete the model. After completing the missing parts form on the website I was contacted via email that they were unable to send me the part that I required to complete the modle.

Not great Value for Money

For the price the pod racers seem underwhelming and disappointing not having mini figures in the racers. The set and stands for racers are nice, giving it a setting and feeling as though they are mid race.

Great addition to diorama series

I was a little dubious about this one when first released, as pictures didn’t look that great and I thought it was kind of pricey. However, after finding it on discount, I went ahead and purchased: very glad I did. This is a surprisingly fun set to put together, as the pod racers have lots of cool detail (same goes for “Tatooine” landscape/backdrop). Kinda makes me wish for a UCS pod racer….could imagine some incredible detail with a set that large. At any rate, the diorama is alot of fun and looks great. Recommended!

Great set, always enjoy building the sets I get. The only complaint I have is the box was destroyed when I got it, looks like someone had thrown it down and walked on

Overpriced but good display

I bought this set for my son's 13th birthday. He was looking forward to building this very much. As he opened the box he was dispointed to find stickers in an 18+ Adults Welcome set, as we have had bad experiences with said stickers. As a previous reviewer said, it does look better from further away gaps and spaces are less visible between the pieces. Upclose they are more noticable. This set is overpriced in comparison to other Star Wars dioramas as it comes with no minifigures and less but bigger pieces. In general I would not recommend this set, unless you are a die hard fan of Star Wars.

If you are fan of Podrace, this is definitely worth for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Podrace part from Star Wars series. There is a lot to like for the adult Star Wars fan here – the model does a nice job recreating the podrace scene from Episode I, and both Podracer builds do a good job demonstrating some nifty microscale building techniques. Even the rock formations were quite interesting to build thanks to their varied design and part usage.
