Broken cracked just drom gentle use! Return window closed two days ago, I'm heartbroken!
The sides of this case cracked, both of them, today, just from regular holding, never dropped! I am so upset, I love this, and get compliments on it all the time and I have the matching earbuds case. I am so upset because my return window closed just TWO DAYS AGO! So very upset. This was a Christmas splurge. I will just have to go get a cheapo case at the five dollar store now. So sad. I would’ve thought for 31.99 and being Kate Spade, it would’ve lasted at just a bit more than 92 days. Ugh.

Just like other people already mentioned, case separated into two pieces. Kate Spade did send me a new case and that one now too is starting to separate. Get the Sonix tortoise case instead, never had any issues and used that one for literally years

Peeling and missing gemstones.
I purchased this phone case less than 6 months ago. Past phone cases have lasted me the entire life of the phone with no issues. This is one of the more expensive cases I’ve purchased, so I expected similar or better quality to the cheaper ones I’ve gotten online. Within a month I lost the gems from the case. Not ideal, but not a huge deal. Recently the back of the case began peeling. I am not hard on my phone cases, so I expected this to last me the life of my phone.
