  • A: Yes! This is the third type of carrier that I tried because I needed to put it on myself and was getting frustrated with how challenging the others were to put on. This one is easy to put on solo - I’ve worn it around the house, taken baby out of car seat and put directly into carrier by myself to walk around the store, airplanes, etc! Easy to adjust and also take off by yourself. Material is comfy too - highly recommend!

  • A: You can launder your carrier using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle with cold water. You can use the dryer for about 20 minutes. It will still be damp. Hang out to dry for the duration of the drying time.

    The carrier I desperately needed!

    This carrier was a lifesaver. I had no idea how to be hands-free with my baby, especially when she was a newborn. I couldn't get comfortable with wraps and wanted something that was simpler with more structure. This was perfect! It's so easy to put on by myself, and I use it often around the house or when I go out with my baby. This is the best purchase I made for her early months.

    Great newborn carrier!

    I was looking for a newborn carrier because the one that I have didn’t secure my baby’s head very well. Overall I’m happy with this product but took off 1 star because I bought the black carrier and the fabric collects little dirt particles easily - I wish I purchased a different colour, but nevertheless still a really great carrier!

    Lifesaver

    This carrier has allowed me the freedom to walk my dogs, go shopping and go for lunch with my baby safe, secure and happy. It’s easy to use on my own so I have my independence back. Highly recommend for newborns.

    It’s worth it

    I already had a 6yo ergo baby with the newborn insert but I had a c section for my third child and the old sling felt too heavy and cumbersome. I’m really happy with this one and I know it won’t last that long but it was worth it.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have yet to try this as baby is not due until this Fall, but after taking it out of the box and trying it on, I can say that I feel like this second child will have some redemptive qualities. I was unable to figure out baby wearing with our first child as the models tried were too complicated while adjusting to a newborn with its challenges, especially lack of rest for mama's brain to figure it out. I watched a video for some tips to ensure proper positioning, and the teddy bear I tried it with seemed secure and happy. I can already tell that I might be able to baby wear after all. Thank you for this easy to put on baby carrier ErgoBaby! The blue color is very nice too!
