Montebello pasta is outstanding!

The Montebello tagliatelle is an excellent pasta product for rich Italian tomato sauces, and when prepared, tastes very closely to fresh handmade pasta. It is my go-to pasta for pasta carbonara and chicken cacciatore, and always receives rave reviews from my husband and friends. Very highly recommended!

Many uses

I wanted something different than regular spaghetti noodles and used the tagliatelle with my meat sauce, then tries it with other types of sauce. There was conflicting info on the internet about how thick this is compared to spaghetti noodles or fettuccine noodles. I guess it can vary depending on where you buy it. This was just perfect. It was maybe half the width of a fettuccine and a little thicker than a spaghetti noodle. It can be a hybrid for many favorite pasta dishes.
