Unhappy customer

This product is not the same as the picture. I sm not happy with the quality of the item. I hope i can get something different because in the photo the item looks it has a good quality to sit on once you get it the product is really bad not comfortable to sit on. Made many purchases at target always happy but this time i am not happy at all with this purchase
