    Odor change is horrible

    The new formula is horrible. I normally use the rich moisture formula and bought the revitalizing color in error. It has a coconut smell to it and left my hair feeling dry so I retuned the unopened bottle I purchased and bought the amplified volume variety. Had the same issue. The smell is like coconuts and again leaves my hair dry feeling. I’ve always loved the smell of tresemme and now worry all the new varieties have this same smell. I’ve used treatment for 20+ years and have to find a new shampoo now. Why would you change the smell of the formula?

    Great shampoo for dry hair

    This is my go to shampoo for last few years. It not only cleans my hair but also gives shine, volume and moisture to my hair. It is perfect for my dry hair. It makes my hair manageable and bouncy. I would keep buying this shampoo for myself.

    I was impressed by the volume of the product included for the price. It’s a much better deal than other brands I’ve tried. The volume is generous and the quality is there-highly recommend if you’re looking for value. Exclusive aromatic game: light, clean and with floral touch , this duo leaves your hair with a freshly washed smell with that subtle touch of fresh out of the salon .     I’ve used this product since I was very young for dance comps and such and now I use it for ponytails. I recently grew out my bangs and it works pretty well to holding it back but it does get a little crunchy but may be a user error🤷🏽‍♀️

    this is an amazing shampoo and conditioner but however I feel like it dryes my hair out. I love how clean it gets me after washing my hair I don't feel any dirt on my scalp. Doesn't give much volume in ur hair after wash but definitely will clean ur scalp and smooth your hair

    Going back to my old stuff!!

    Ok I was so bummed because this was suggested to me by a few friends with similar hair. Not sure what it was, but my hair felt just as dry. I also didn’t love the feeling of my hair.. almost like I didn’t get it all out.. and when I did make sure to get it all out, it felt stringy. I feel like my breakage was the same, so I ended up getting rid of it. I got the biggest bottle too.. so that was a shame. Also, they are rated 5/10 for hazard on the EWG app.

    Changed the formula, not what is was!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What happened! I started to use this hairspray late 2025, it was wonderful, but the last bottle I purchased is not the same, doesn’t hold well amd my hair looks very dry. I noticed it says New Formula on the label. What a disappointment!!!!
