Flimsy cheap base for a heavy nice fan.

So upon assembly, I noticed that the fan was much heavier than the base and that the base seemed flimsy in comparison. Shortly after assembling it, it ended up tipping over and the base broke into pieces and wasn’t able to be repaired. This is a great fan but it needs a sturdier base.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a super great fan! Very effective at circulating the air. Very easy to use, especially with the remote (I do wish that came with a magnet to attach to fan). I love that it can swivel from side to side or stand straight. It’s also very light and easy to move, especially with the handle on top. I’m 5”3, so it’s relatively tall but very skinny. I believe there are 8 speeds which provides the perfect way to customize exactly how much air you get. Would definitely recommend!

We have been sleeping sooo hot, and neither the ceiling fan, or another fan we have in the room helped to keep us cool. I added this Dreo, and keep it on the auto setting, and we are actually getting a little chilly at times! It's wonderful!! It was easy to set up, the controls are easy to understand and the plethora of settings makes it easy to customize for an array of settings. I like the nature and sleep settings as well! Best of off...it's whisper quiet!! We are sleeping so much better. Thank you Dreo!!

I have had this fan for a year next month and it has worked amazing. I live in a condo with thin walls and windows on the third floor so my room was impossible to live in during socal summer. This fan has saved me from taking cold baths, driving my car just to have AC, sleeping with no blankets and sweating. It is very strong and quieter than most fans. It cools down my whole master bedroom. I never leave reviews but I love this fan.

The only negative is that the sound it makes when you push the buttons is VERY loud, so I keep it on sleep mode. Otherwise, it’s a great fan.
