Dear GOD it's SPICY
Have you ever wanted to be a dragon? One who specifically breathes fire? No…? Are you sure? Still no…? Then you probably won’t like this pre-workout. Why? Because it single-handedly violates your nose and throat. Because it’s SPICY! I find it unbelievable that there’s absolutely NO label that says that it’s INFUSED with CAYENNE PEPPER and BLACK PEPPER. (apart from some tiny text near and in the ingredients) If you don’t know C4’s marketing then enjoy having SPICY pineapple pre-workout for a MONTH assuming you workout 5 days a week. I think that you would probably die if you dry scooped this stuff, because even a whiff of this stuff even while it’s DISSOLVED it still BURNS. No but seriously don’t buy this stuff. Whoever brought this idea to life should be fed this stuff in powder form for the rest of their lives. While also being taken off of the development team. Seriously who thought this was a good idea.

A Powerful Pre-Workout Powder
I am using this product right now. I have used other types of C4 and C4 Ripped in the past. This particular variety is very unique. I was able to lift more weight after using this product for the first time. On the 3rd day of usage and on the 4th day of usage, I could feel that it worked even better than on the 1st day of usage. It works well as a fat burner in my opinion. The Cayenne pepper makes it spicy. I tolerate the cayenne pepper. Many men and women can not tolerate the cayenne pepper though. If you reduce the spiciness, you will sell even more of this particular variety. The Hawaiian Pineapple flavor is very good. In conclusion, this product definitely works. 👍

Spicy Pineapple
I recently bought the Pineapple flavor pre-workout and I was afraid I was having an allergic reaction, it’s SPICY. Like disorientingly spicy. Left my stomach queasy and my mouth on fire. Very strange. I even asked my son to taste it in case I was actually having a reaction. No, it’s just really spicy. Do not recommend unless you like hot, cold drinks.

Beware! New formula includes black pepper
We used to use this all the time but switched brands a few years back. Tried this again today and it is horrible! The new formula includes CAYENNE and BLACK PEPPER. This is why people are saying it hurts their throat! It burns! And as soon as we opened it we inhaled it and couldn’t stop coughing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor of this C4 is good because it reminds me of jolly rancher with a very small hint of spice but what I did noticed right away was the smell, you can definitely smell the cayenne extract. I would say this would not be my first go to as far as pre-workout supplements go but it definitely gets the work done! When I drank the C4 about 15 min before my HITT session and I could definitely feel it kicking in. At the end of the day I would say it does everything a pre is supposed it do and the flavor is there! I do recommend!
