Arm & Hammer Double Duty Clumping Cat Litter - 20lbs

Litter doesn’t clump anymore and gets stuck in fur on paws! I’m going to need to stop buying! I saw that all the complaints on line, Reddit and the company isn’t addressing the issue and it’s just getting worse!

I love this product i have 2 cats my home never smells abd this product clumps and eats odor love the product..

I have used this product for at least 17 years, as old as my cat. It's the best I have come across for clump type litter and smell control.

Works very well controlling odors

I have bought this for years and the last few 40 lb boxes have been horrible, pee goes right through the scoop and ruins the rest of the litter in the box. And makes the catbox smell like urine. Frankly would like a refund.

My favorite litter I get it every time! A lot of kinds I've used in the past don't clump well and often smell of ammonia very quickly, this one works great clumps very well and smells great I feel as though it lasts much longer than other brands and is definitely worth the price. It definitely does track when my cat is done but I feel like all kinds of that

I have bought this litter for multiple years! Mid 2026, the formula changed to a much more coarse texture that DOES NOT clump, and DOES NOT fight odor! This is beyond frustrating, seeing as though I "stocked up" on what I thought was the same litter I always use... but this definitely isn't it, and the smell of my house proves it! Gee wiz! Avoid in 2026.

I bought this for the first time due to stores changing sizes of litter and raising prices. Wanted to try something new! This litter smells awful! I dont smell the cats, I have 2 litter boxes and clean them twice a day. Its the litter

Absolute garbage. Doesn't clump and the ammonia smell is awful.

I bought the biggest size and it TRULY got rid of the smell and clumps the pee perfectly and it's so easy to use,, the smell is good and I recommend it

After two days of using ARM & HAMMER™ Double Duty Clumping Cat Litter, I'm really disappointed. I have a cat, and I can't believe how strong the urine smell is coming from his box.

damaged box not properly packaged for shipping. No heavy tape used to protect corners. cat litter was partially opened at peveration and some leaked out! Flexible fulfillment team member needs to be retrained!!!!!

We have been using this litter with our cat for four years and have not any issues. It clumps very well, does not smell and he has no issues using it at all. We keep two boxes for him and clean them twice a day. Unfortunately, the recent re-design of the box opening to dispense the litter was awful. They shrunk the opening and it takes forever for the litter to dispense. We buy the 40 lbs one and as someone with back problems it is horrible and painful to hold the box and just wait for it to drip like a sand clock. This is extremely bad for anyone with any disabilities, mobility or back issues when you just have to stand there waiting and waiting. I have to take a star of the review because of the re-design.

Great clumping easy to clean and odor protection is amazing

The cat litter clumps okay but crumbles like a over baked cookie and not to mention the strong smell. Its definitely not for me or my cats.

Absolutely terrible litter, clumps horribly and is extremely dusty. I have to wear a mask when cleaning the litter.

I usually like this litter, but recently I purchased it and it smelled horrible. I noticed immediately that the litter scent was quite faint, and once my cat used the litter box the smell was horrible. I constantly changed his litter and cleaned it to stop the smell. I even used the arm & hammer litter deodorizer to kill the smell, but nothing worked. So I had to continue changing it often and leaving the windows open to get rid of the smell. This is the first time I experienced this, and my cat doesn't have any bowel or urine issues that would cause this scent or issue.
