Purchased the large box at a wholesale club. It took longer to open the box then to clean out and change the entire litter box. The adhesive is excessively strong leaving you with a mess and destroyed box. Major packaging flaw. It doesn't matter how good the product is, I would never buy it again for this frustration.

Great product. When you get the right batch. One stores sells it as advertised. Another store sells the bottom of the barrel crud that doesn't work well and is brown with barely any baking soda.

I’ve been using A&H double duty cat litter for years. Recently I switched my 2 cats litter to Tidy Cats. What a mess! The entire office as covered with fine dust. All over my printer, pens and markers, sewing machine, etc. and you can’t dust it because too fine of a dust. Have to literally wash everything. Which I had just spring cleaned that room right before switching to Tidy Cats.

I bought this and was very disappointed in the packaging. I COULDN'T GET IT OPEN! I'm 74 years old and it took me 40 minutes and all my strength to tear open a small opening. How dare you sell somethinglike this! I wish I could send you a photo. It's a mess now and my arms are shaking. It was a mistake to buy it.gwithout a way to get to it! I'm furious.

This litter would be good if it came in unscented. The overwhelming scent feels unhealthy. It could also clump better but I prefer it to clay.

The smell from this product was far worse than anything the cat could produce. We could not keep it in the house. Finally put the litter box in the garage where the deodorized smell was still overwhelming.

The litter works great and on its own would be 5 stars. However, the "fresh scent" is so strong some of my cats won't use it. A&H should consider making an unscented version of this.

We usually buy generic store brand, and I scoop everyday. My husband bought this because they were out of the regular and oh my gosh it stinks so bad! One poop and my whole bathroom smells like liter.

Husband bought it. I really like it for odor control. We have a litter robot and a second standard box. The standard box always use to smell. Now this is being used and I actually forgot to change it since I didn't smell anything. Thank you for the double duty. P.s. there was a place to bullet #2 that offered a photo option. There doesnt appear to be place to do so. As a proud owner of 3 Sphynx cats I'd love to share a pic or 3 ;) Thank you !

Im looking for a sustainable litter option as my current one is getting very expensive. While this product clumps well it is way over scented. There is so much perfume in this it scented my whole house, very annoying. The company needs to provide a non scented option or cut down the amount.

I've had cats for more than 30 years and for my last two cats I used this litter religiously. It was great! Low odor, low dust and removable clumps. After not having cats for 2 years, I adopted two kittens three months ago. Needless to say I went out and purchased my usual litter which is Arm & Hammer Double Duty. And it is horrible!! Something must have changed with the formulation because when I try to scoop out clumps of urine it disintegrates and all goes back into the litter box. And the smell of urine is so strong I have to plug my nose just to clean the litter box. I won't be buying it again. Extremely disappointed.

I don't understand how this litter is labeled as "low dust formula" - it is extremely dusty. I have black cats and every time they use the litter box, they come out with their paws looking beige from the dust. And then they start licking their paws, of course, and ingesting that dust. Regardless of how well it clumps or protects against odors, I don't feel safe using this litter any more... such a waste. Very disappointing, I wish I could return it.

Great order control. Lightweight and good clumping but does not get hard like cement so it's easy to scoop. Great fresh fragrance. Not too perfummy. Very bummed that I haven't been able to find it lately. When will it be back in stock??

I have 8 cats and I usually uses 1 1/2 boxes of the 40# box. My recent purchase was very surprising. I am up with the new quality as well as look feel and smell. These new formulas are not compatible to the original. The litter is more like gravel, the clumps falls apart and the deodorizer is less effective. I am truly upset with the change, please go back to the original formulas.

I usually clean my cats once a day but if i forget and do it on day 2 the odor is upheld. I wouldnt go no longer then two days with out cleaning them, other wise the smell is usually contained in the cat den if i take longer to clean them.

Didn’t clump well at all. Scent was strong but didn’t cover odor and it was cleaned once or rice a day. It smelled awful with the cat feces and that combo lingered even after removed. Kind of dusty, too. Not as bad as some but still affected me. Seems this review is standard for most litters I’ve tried. This lasted, the whole huge box, a little over a week. One neutered cat. I feel as if I’ve tried nearly everything. The last “natural” product I tried reminded me of wet hay odor so I’m still on the lookout for clumping litter.
