    I'm chronically dehydrated and tired of water, sports drinks and electrolyte mixes. I need to limited my sodium too so it isn't always easy. This not only gives me a little potassium and magnesium but it is delicious. It makes a great way to give myself a little treat now and then. Very nice strawberry flavor.
