What am I eating???

The product quality has declined. A lot more cartilage, tendon and a substance that looks like chopped up tape worm. Maybe skin but it’s thicker than any skin I’ve ever seen. Whatever it is…sausage should be more meat than anything else.

Tastes GREAT!

Best chicken sausage I’ve tried. Tastes really similar to pork sausage. I will say if you microwave it pay attention to your settings I have to do less time otherwise it will be overcooked.

Too much gristle, buy turkey version if must buy this brand

Bought this at a different store on sale and will not buy again. Out of two boxes of chicken sausage only two links had no gristle and three were basically nothing but gristle. I also bought the turkey version of the links, and while not completely free of gristle they were way better than the chicken version (although I can't really recommend the turkey either). Good taste but horrible quality.
