Q: What happens when the wicked won't stay lit? Ive never had this happen with a woodwick candle. Ive tried delighting multiple times and it continues to go out.

    Candle exploded, set my rug on fire.

    I bought the leather and embers wood wick candle back in August, and have been burning it on and off since. I don’t know what happened, but this candle exploded today and set my rug on fire, causing a dime-sized burn. In my haste to extinguish the fire, I also got cut and burned on both my legs from the pieces that were on the floor; I was wearing pajamas and didn’t think of the danger while literally extinguishing the fire in my living room. The candle was nearly empty, so maybe it got too hot? Or maybe I just got a bad batch? Either way this was absolutely terrifying. Don’t buy these candles.

    Fantastic candle

    I received both 20oz but one came shattered. I had to call, but very quickly a replacement order was created. We burned the coconut and honey for hours and the scent filled the entire area of our home amazingly well, and it is a rather large open area into a living, kitchen and dining area. The scent was not overpowering, it smelled just wonderful. My wicks lit fine, one was a little lower at first but they all burned well, and the amber class jar is so classy, it just looked beautiful burning. The sound is incredibly soothing, I love that you can really hear it too. It’s not loud, but it’s there and it’s wonderful. Sounds like light rain almost, or a low fire. Could not be happier with this purchase and I look forward to getting the vanilla and berg.

    Awful Quality - Don't Waste Your Money

    Such a waste of money. I got the Black Cedar candle and it smelled amazing in the store, however, when it’s lit you can barely smell anything. Also the wooden wick is terrible. Burns unevenly and then the wicks stop burning when there’s half of the candle left. I was so excited about it when I bought it, super disappointing.
