Definitely generates a lot of cool air!! However, the wood graining on the fan blades looks quite different from the photos - much more "fake" looking. It's okay...but not my favorite! Also...it wasn't super clear on the website that I needed to order the downrod. But it all worked out.

Nice fan. Blades don't fit together perfectly, so 4 out of 5. It is definitely brownish gray, not gray like in the photo, but it matches my floor perfectly.

Overall satisfied. We wanted a minimalist fan w/no light that would blend into our decor. The blades are a weathered gray and go well with the polished nickel finish housing and dowrod. The included remote works ok. Our regular wall switch can turn off the fan. But you must turn the switch back on and use the remote to power up. Just noting this in case you accidentally hit the wall switch. Negatives are a slight wobble and no screw covers which are visible when looking up and underneath the fan. Seems like this finishing touch s/have been designed up front. Finally, the downrod is 1/2 inch diameter, not 3/4 inch so the profile will be thinner. The fan was installed by our handyman in our 10ft 4 inch ceiling using an 18 inch downrod.

Disappointed- this fan is grey-brown, not grey-white as shown in the picture.

Bought this fan with an additional 18 inch extension for the 12 foot ceiling in my great room. My electrician installed it and it seemed pretty standard. The finish on the blades is more brown than gray, which goes well with the coastal feel of my home. This fan comes with a remote control but I can't see using it at a high speed; I haven't used it any higher than speed #2 (there are 6 total). Very happy with the look and use of this fan.
