The product has a consistency of water. It comes out so fast it’s hard to control and then so much product is wasted. It flakes terribly when dry if you touch your hair. It does not have firm hold in my opinion it’s more like a medium hold. Very disappointed.

This product should be in a bottle with a pump. I opened the cap and lost half of it down the drain because it poured out just like water. I put it all over my hair and it held my hairstyle just like a gel but not as stiff and crunchy as gel. This is a great product for braids and fly away frizzy hair. Also it has no smell which is a total bonus so it doesn't clash with any other scent you might use.
Best way to go from wet hair to styling short cut!

What happened to the large bottle of gel. I found the tubes of gel or very watery. I will find another gel to use if you don’t bring the large bottles back. I’ve Been using your product for over 30 years and I’m very disappointed.

I have been using this product since the 90s. Nothing sculpts and holds the curl in my long, fine hair like this gel. It doesn’t weigh my hair down and I often get stopped in the street by people who want to use which styling product I use. This and the detangler are two Paul Mitchell products I can’t live without!

Please don’t discontinue this product, I’ve been using it for years and it’s literally the only gel that works on my curls. Since I haven’t been able to buy this gel I’ve tried multiple other gels and nothing works as well. My curls don’t last as long and look dry. I’ve tried multiple products and it’s just not the same.
