Do not buy! NO COLD PACK PROVIDED!

It is stated that they offer “Free Cold Pack Packaging,” however when my product was delivered, it was in standard bubble wrap packaging with absolutely no cold pack whatsoever. Resulting in my 124 pieces to be all melted. I tried reaching out to the company via email, but got a response back stating “message couldn’t be delivered.” Will be returning my bags of melted chocolate and spending my money elsewhere. Would give 0 stars is that was an option.
