    Excellent way to get your Omegas.

    Much prefer to fish oil for omega-3's

    Good quality, good price. I add it to plain yogurt, along with fruit, and hot cereal. Not sure what else to say about flaxseed meal, but it's supposed to be good for you, and I trust this brand.

    Nice way to get the Flaxseed

    This I can handle & enjoy the taste of. Great in cereals, yogurt & fruit. Too soon to tell if my body is reaping the benefits. I will re-purchase over the cold-pressed oil for sure.

    Flax seed quite satisfactory
