A: Hello,
The alternating flashing lights indicates that the controller is not connected to the drone. Place them as close together as possible for up to 3 minutes. They should locate one another and bind.

Terrible Customer Service!!!!!!
Customer service is HORRIFIC!! My son god this for Christmas. Within 20 minutes it went rogue and flew off never to be seen again. I emailed customer service and received a reply within 12 hours. They asked all sorts of questions about the conditions and everything leading up to it flying off. I answered everything and they responded saying they would send a replacement drone in the next couple days. Spoiler alert… they never did. Since then I’ve emailed them numerous times with no response. I started a new email explaining what happened and the response I had received but still no response. For how quick and helpful they were at first, I had no idea why they were giving me the cold shoulder later. Do not buy this drone unless you like to see your children cry and then go through a second heartbreak when they find out the company lied when they said it would be replaced. Wish I could give it zero stars.

I was told this racing drone would replace the drone I bought for my teenage son and I for Christmas. I was told that the drone I first purchased should not be used outdoors even though the description said to practice indoors before using outdoors. I spoke with the team regarding the drone I should get. I felt confident they told me the sky viper racing drone would be the drone I needed. I ordered the drone. Replaced all batteries, practiced in the house, and felt very confident in my skills. We went to an open area with no power lines, wind was barely present, and experienced the same electronic interference we had with the first drone. My son is starting to think drones are not good because he saw dada frying his with accuracy this is my 2nd non refunded item. Please send me a drone that will work outdoors in a parking lot. I will send the disfunctionimg drone back for evaluation. Please my son is about to give up and he’s smart. This was supposed to be a good passion

Budget drone, a steal at $14 but the price reflects quality. My remote didn't work out of the box, opened it to find the wires not soldered to the circuit board, I soldered them myself and the remote works great now. Not for children, it's bigger than you think.
