Ooni 12" Pizza Peel and Serving Board Bamboo Light Brown

Works perfectly in putting the pizza into the oven!

I watched a tutorial about how to get the best launch from your pizza. It talked about peel temperatures etc. This Bamboo peel made all the difference to getting our pizzas easily into the oven. We used semolina on the board and then used the metal peel when removing our pizzas from our Ooni.

I got the 16" and it's nice but way too heavy. This definitely could have been thinner to save some weight. Looks and feels gorgeous though.

A nice board, and does not stick too much. Would not easily work to slide under a cooked pizza, just too tall despite the tapered edge.

Excellent, heavy, wide, you can put any pie on it. Just what the pizza doctor ordered!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not heavy despite generous size, very useful for serving up the pizzas we make. Only shame is that pizza cutter has marred the surface. Have instructed husband that pizza cutting doesn't require the strength of an circus strongman but even with gentle cutting I see the marks. . . Minor flaw though. Would recommend for grabbing done pizzas and serving up at the table. Have not used it to launch pizzas as we use metal ones. Ends are finished nicely with no rough parts. Like the hole in the handle for storage options.

Very unsatisfactory product. Used 2 times and has split down the centre. Will be writing a formal complaint but will start with this. A very poor product considering price and beand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great for prepping pizzas. You can use to launch pizza into the oven but we use the metal peel for that. If you have both, you can prep while one is cooking.
