    Truly hot bbq sauce!

    Finally, a bbq sauce that puts its money where its mouth is! If you like serious heat in your food, you’ll love this! One thing to note- it has a thin consistency unlike the regular bbq sauces that tend to be thicker. It packs a punch though, the thinner consistency does not take away from its efficacy when drizzled on your foods etc. It’s a staple in my household now. Thanks Bachan’s!

    Good taste, nice spicy kick but soo unhealthy

    Good tasting sauce with a nice kick to it that doesn't linger/numb your taste buds too quickly But not worth the price and the fact that it's ridiculously high in sodium (I'm not even watching my sodium but I felt it after eating this sauce so I checked)

    It’s very good but not great

    I love the Miso and original Japanese BBQ. I put them on everything. The hot and spicy is also pretty good. The Hella Hot is decently hot but could be hotter and the flavor isn’t as good as the others in my opinion. Still would give a try if you like spicy and Japanese flavors but I would stick with the original and add your own spice.

    I thought for sure it was going to be just super hot with a bitter flavor, I was wrong. The taste was great and it definetly has some good heat behind it, but in my humble opinion it could be hotter. Maybe they have something coming in the near future though because it was only 3 out of 5 flames on their heat scale. But overall it’s a great new addition to my Bachans flavor arsenal regardless.

    The name says sit all!

    This is an amazingly spicy version of the great Bachan sauces. It provides quite a blast of heat! It's quite hot but not to the point of leaving you unable to taste your food due to scorched taste buds. I have used it in stir fries to kick things up, as a chicken marinade for grilling and also as a dipping sauce. Love it!

    I had great hopes for this but ended up being disappointed. Although it does have a little kick to it, it wasn’t as hot as I expected. However; what made me dislike it was the odd taste. I was expecting it to be a spicy version of the original, but instead it has this weird bbq taste.

    Loving this stuff. I actually expected it to be hotter. It’s definitely not Thai or even Korean hot. On a Hot Ones scale it would be right in the middle of the lineup. So don’t be scared off. It’s not stupid hot just for hot’s sake. It does a great job of balancing heat with flavor. Makes a great wing sauce as is. Love adding it to ramen or poke. Or even just a drizzle on rice.

    Hella Hot Is Like A Vampire - Put A Steak In It

    I’ve been a fan of Bachan’s sauces since I first tried them, but I have to admit I’d been marinading with the competition to save a little scratch. But when Hella Hot came out I knew I’d have to at least give it a try. Now I’m back on the hook. Since then I’ve been grilling a steak about once a week using Hella Hot as a marinade and I love that it keeps its bite all the way through grilling. It’s great on noodles and dumplings too. I’ve been meaning to make some rice bowls because I’m betting it’s super dope on rice too.
