A: The surface of this fire pit lounge chair has a layer of water and weather-resistant water paint to protect it from the outdoor elements. However, considering its solid wood raw material, it is also suggested to store it in a ventilated and dry space when it is not in use.

Beautiful chairs but they’re a pain in the butt to put together. Worth the sale- chaos will also fold up for easy storage.

I'm fairly handy with tools, so these were not difficult to assemble (although I did put two of the bolts in backwards for the first chair and didn't realize it until I assembled the second chair - they stuck out into the seating area for the first, but they were easy to take out and put back in the right way). I love that they're a bit roomier than other similar chairs - I can fold my legs underneath me when sitting in them. Six months in, they're a bit wobbly, but I think if I tighten the hardware, they'll be fine. They look beautiful, and everyone that has seen/sat in them has remarked how nice they are. And so much less expensive than others! I also brought them in the garage for the winter - we get some decent snow and I want them to last a long time.
