This is very non-stick. Used this one time (after seasoning as advised) and fried 8 burgers in it. What a freaking mess! Stuck on black grease.

Not only is the lot nonstick but it also is super easy to clean. I will be looking more into the company for more pots.

Not because I did not want to, but literally because it looks so good, I did not want to ruin the gold coloring. I used it and OMG, it held heat well, it cooked my burgers really well! I am so in love with this pan, and when I washed it, it did not lose its color :)

Its easy to use and clean. I like that its non stick and that you don't need to use oil. It cooks burgers and hot dogs very well. I will be adding more of their product line to my collection.

This pan cleans easily and does not stick. The raised rows allows the grease to go under the food that she is preparing to make it a little healthier than pan frying. We love using Gotham Steel in our house and look forward to obtaining more of their cookware.

They did not stick to the pan and it was a pretty easy to clean afterwards. This makes a nice addition to my Gothan pan set.

It’s properties and the way that it’s made allows for food to cook more thoroughly and quicker than it does in a regular frying pan. It honestly looks and feels the part, but it just performs horribly especially with just one use. I decided to grill up some steak for some fajitas and it really isn't noon-stick like it claimed to be, grilled the heck out of my steak, but cleaning the pan was a disaster after. I think this pan would be great for grilling things like vegetables, stuff that won't stick. It really is a beautiful looking pan though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is awesome to cook with. It’s non stick so no oil or grease needed, great for healthy cooking/grilling. It was fairly easy to clean. I grilled chicken wings in it, I started it on the side stove and then covered with foil and finished in the oven. I love I can stick it in the oven. The chicken wings came out nice and crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The chicken wings droppings did stuck to the pan but with a bit of elbow grease it came clean. It was also used to grill salmon and those came out nice. It’s a beautiful pan in color and the way it’s made. It’s titanium and ceramic. It’s seems strong and durable. The bottom did get scratched up after just using twice. It can take heat in the oven up to 500 degrees. It’s also dishwasher safe. So overall great pan.

The pan withstands temperatures over 500 degrees, is non stick, and very easy to clean. You have got to give this pan a try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Gotham steel 10.5" job stick grill pan and I love it. I use it mostly when I make fajita meat and veggies. It is really nice and so far I have not had anything stick to it as stated. It's light weight but durable. I make sure not to use anything that will scratch into the surface while cooking or cleaning to save it from being damaged. If that happens you will more than likely find some sticking but of you take care of this pan it works wonders, you won't have to use any added fats to your items your cooking.
