20" x 36" Elite Thick Comfort Mat - Figmint™

These mats looked great. Got two of them. One lasted a couple of weeks before the color layer started coming off. It was returned thinking it was an anomaly. The second lasted a few months before a no longer very sticky, piece of used packing tape accidentally came into contact with the surface. Yep, you guessed: The color layer came off with the tape! It looks as if white paint has been spilled on on the mat now. Mats, like this, should be the same color through and through instead of having a thin, fragile coating applied to the surface of what is, basically, a white matt. They're intended to be walked on and are flexible after all! Very disappointed because these mats appeared to be the perfect solution for two kitchen areas.

Gosh, I loved these rugs for the short time they lasted. They were beautiful and squishy and great for about a month. After that, the finish started to come off. It's just printed on and comes off quickly with normal use. Save yourself the trouble and get something else.

Comfortable length and color

Love the look and confortable on my feet while cooking, unfortunately, I did not last. Only had for about 6 months and the rug has peeled and cracked. Waist of money.

I bought two of the gray mats. Both had issues with the flaking off of the gray finish with light use. I had to return both of them for a refund. Quality control should have caught this problem since it is not a one off but happened to two of the mats purchased several weeks apart.

The color is flaking off

I have had this kitchen mat for a little over four months and the top surface is coming off. It is a month and a couple of week's over Targets return policy. I don't know if it is easy to clean, I was afraid to because the surface is coming off. I also did not rate the design, because maybe it is contrubuting to the peeling surface. I do not recommend purchasing this kitchen mat.

While these mats are comfortable to stand on, they are absolute garbage in terms of the manufacturing quality. In less that two weeks of ownership, the colored top layer of rubber or PU of the two mats I bought were already starting to peel off in numerous places, from foot traffic and running a vacuum over them, revealing the white inner foam. Don't waste your money on these, they're junk.

Not even 2 months later and this mat is already showing critical signs of wear and tear. The material is white with a colored coating so when it’s used, it starts to show the white underneath. It looks terrible and will need to be replaced.

Blue color chipped away with normal use. Only looked good for 2 weeks. Do not recommend. Also does not have a soft cushion feel like other brands I have purchased.

I was loving this mat for maybe a week until today I spotted the coating peeling off!! After minimal use. I’m so disappointed. It’s very cushy and looks great but I’m not going to watch it all peel off. Returning.

I purchased two rugs at different times. The one with the most paint we're off the top is the oldest one by about a month so basically I would not recommend these they're comfortable, but for some reason it's looks pretty common issue.

This is my second Elite Figment mat, my daughter gifted me the first one for my birthday a year ago. Comfort is essential since I spend a lot of time in the kitchen. The mat looks upscale, is easy to clean, and now I have two covering the sink and stove areas. It's a bit pricey, but worth it.

Great size, looks nice upon purchase and is thick and comfortable. However, with very normal kitchen use (standing, cleaning, some water exposure) the color starting wearing away after just 2-3 weeks. This is what the rug looks like after 2.5 months. Am trying to return.

I purchased 2 of these for myself and have actually had no problem with them. So, I purchased 2 for my mother this past Christmas. I just visited her and they look bad! The coloring is almost completely worn out on one, and the other is half that bad. She hasnt used anything harsh to clean them and they have only been in use for about a month. I think I'll contact target to see what can be done about this.

I purchased these in December for the holidays. They are the perfect size. As of February the dark grey has started to wear off with use to the point you can see the white foam underneath. Not for heavy use. Cheap

I purchased these less than 6 months ago to put in front of the sink and stove. The color has worn off after just standing on it at the sink. I bought this to replace another Target comfort mat because that one unraveled at the edges. I'm all done with Target mats!

Don’t fold it I guess. It shipped folded in half which left a big indent in the middle, so I folded it the opposite direction to try to flatten it back out. But it tore! I’ll still use it as it’s just for me to use at my desk, but I’m bummed. Does feel like it will provide good cushion/support for standing on

I clean all the rugs and they came apart in the machine. The ends started raveling. I only had it two weeks. Money down the drain.Paid a lot for 4 rugs. Really disappointed.

Color started wearing off around the edges within a couple of weeks of purchase, leaving large, obvious white marks. Definitely not worth the price; would not buy again.
