A Guardian till Christmas by Danielle Thorne is a sweet story. I like the author’s friendly writing style which made the story easy to read. I enjoyed getting to know Kylee Spokes, Evan Hollister, and the rambunctious twins. I thought the characters were realistic and developed. I felt for Kylee as she adapted from managing interns to taking care of high-spirited four-year-old twins. It can be challenging to keep track of one lively child, I cannot imagine two mischievous tots, especially when you are out and about. It provided some amusing moments as well as some touching ones. I liked seeing the characters grow and relationships develop. Faith was nicely woven into the story. The ending made me happy and left me smiling. A Guardian till Christmas is a heartwarming tale with a painful loss, a beleaguered businesswoman, a troubled godparent, energetic twins, loads of laundry, a caring grandparent, a meal emergency, and a cheerful Christmas.
