A: There would be a gap because of the overhang on the top.

The packaging was top tier. I haven’t seen such a well protected ready to build piece. The instructions were easy and large enough to see. The material is heavy and super sturdy. Definitely worth the price. The only two caveats were there wasn’t a screw driver with the hardware and the pre drilled holes for the self tapping screws were a bit off since there’s a gap in the center. Nothing holds the doors shut in place, which I like, it’s just the cabinet hinges. Took an hour to put together and no way could I have screwed the screws in all the way by myself. My husband had to and a drill wouldn’t work, so keep that in mind.

Wanted to love it, Toxic Smell
I wish this worked out. The cabinet was perfect and looked great. Unfortunately, the chemical smell coming from it was so strong that I had to return it. It smelled almost toxic and I thought it might go away but after a few days I couldn't stand it anymore.

This piece is gorgeous!! Looks very expensive and nice sturdy quality. **!!!!! For some that have said there’s a “gap” in the middle: there’s a screw on the hinges that can make the cabinet door come in or out. Adjust those to where the door sit nice and evenly and it eliminates that gap in between the doors because they come out further.*** Hope that makes sense!! Highly recommend this purchase!

Great looking
It's a very sturdy piece of furniture that has great style. Putting it together was challenging for one person and had to get help with the doors that are still about 1/4" off. There are two back panel pieces provided with lots of screws for attaching but there were no holes on the furniture to accomplish this. I ended up putting in a few holes with a Yankee drill so the back could be attached. I called the troubleshooting number given which was a target #. I was told they have no information to help with troubleshooting. I was given what was supposed to be a Threshold customer service number and when I called that was greeted with a message from a private citizen, not Threshold. Nonetheless the piece is now together and a stunning addition.

Beautiful design
Great design. Love the curves and fluted doors. It is made of rubber wood, mdf, and poplar. So it’s not made with premium materials, but it’s still heavy and solid. I wish this came in a darker color as well.

Huge gap between doors
Unfortunately there is a gap between the doors and you can see into the shelves. I couldn’t notice it until after I assembled which took an hour. I tried to see if I could get a partial refund and the best they could do is 15% or id have to return the entire thing. Can’t imagine spending more of my time disassembling and shipping it back. Really bummed about the whole thing.
