Decent - good for emergency/lazy meal
Enough to make 4 street taco sized tacos for me... overly spiced & a tad bit salty (so only a little spread on each tortilla was fine) but decent. Tasted like a concentrated chile con carne - without beans! Great in a pinch though, especially when I didn't feel like cooking but wanted actual food vs something frozen (fresh little tacos with baby spinach, tomatoes, and cotija cheese). Would purchase again... keeping a couple on hand for lazy days.

Starkist Beef Creations - Taco
Great idea! But only an average execution. Total quantity was about enough to make 2 tacos, or one small burrito. Suprisingly well spiced, had a definite "taco meat" flavor. The consistency is about that of re-fried beans. Not particularly meaty or chunky. I'll keep a packet or two of this in my emergency pantry, but I probably won't eat them regularly.

Great - convenience considered
Considering how convenient this is I have nothing bad to say. The texture is a saucy shredded beef with stewed tomatoes. It’s delicious, has enough for 1-2 tacos but not spicy at all. I tried it when they were 2 for $3, made 4 tacos with them. It’s easy to think of bad things to say but for $1.50, not needing to heat em up? Get real. They’re worth $2 just to have on hand one of those nights you don’t want to cook, don’t have the patience to order out. Or for when you forget to prepare an actual lunch. This won’t be my go-to taco by any means. But for $1.50 this is worth it. They kinda remind me of the taco version of Lunchables from 20 years ago, in a good way.
