Nice set but not very sharp and does not come with a sharpener.

The two larger knives get four stars. The smallest is a bad example of a sarated knife. It gets two stars. So if you need a decent brisket knife and a large slicer, this is an OK set. For the price they are great.

Great quality. Sharp blades. Good value. Was my go to for Easter Sunday family dinner.

Been wanting to get a Brisket knife for a while, and got a 3 piece set. The blades of each of the knives are 11", 6" & 5". Strong, sturdy and sharp knives in an awesome protective roll up case. Well worth the cost.

Got as a Christmas gift and have bbq duck, pork butt since. Knife slides through meat slick , handles good! Completes my set up! Thanks!

I love smoking meats, and for Christmas this year, my kids bought me this set. I no longer have to saw to get bones apart. The knives go through the meat like butter. And the carrying case is wonderful to keep these knives away from all fingers.

I bought this knife set from a local store on Monday May 24th. Used it for the first time tonight Saturday May 29th. First time using it I went to trim a brisket and the tip of the medium knife broke off inside the brisket. Luckily enough I had a magnet and found the piece that broke off inside. I do not recommend these knives to anyone.

The set comes with three knifes a utility knife, a Boning knife, Brisket knife. It cuts the meat so effortless and perfect slices. The grip and the knife handle are so perfect and I find the grip perfect for cutting with a comfortable handle and gives me stability. This is just an amazing product and I definitely recommend this product!

I feel that these knives could cut anything. The handles are made well and are easy to hold. I have been able to use them so frequently and the protective case is an amazing addition to this set.

I like that they come with the storage bag to keep them all safe in one place so they are not scattered all over the house! They are perfect to use with your smoked meats and they cut meat very nicely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oklahoma Joe’s blacksmith knife set is an excellent addition to any smoker or bbq afficianado. They are made of high quality materials, sturdy, and sharp. The carrying case is made of thick canvas and does a good job of protecting the knifes in a compact roll. The brisket knife is something you do not realize you need until actually try to slice a brisket and none of your many existing knives just don’t get it done. The boning knife has a classic profile, you can never have too many of these, and it is nice having all of your knives match. The utility knife with the forked tip is the biggest surprise, I find myself grabbing it for all sorts of task from holding large pieces of meat in place, forking slices on to my serving platter, or just general cutting. Overall, a really nice specialty set.
