[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The light fixture in the picture was beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. The only problem was that the light fixture we received did not look like the one pictured. In the picture, the glass looks like it is a cream or light tan color but it is actually bright white. The bright white color did not work for our craftsman home. Therefore we had to return it. The picture does not show what the actual glass color looks like. Otherwise it is a beautiful light fixture.

It’s a very beautiful light. The glass came with some flaws where there was a black line inside you can see when the light is on. I called Customer Service and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement.

This would be a five star review but the lightbulbs can be seen through the shade. I deliberately bought two of these fixtures because the style is so perfect for our kitchen / dining area, and I wanted diffused light to reflect off the ceiling. Even on the dimmest setting there are “spots” of light on the shade. The shade is quite thin. If you are looking for a bright ceiling light this one is for you!

I bought this ceiling light because I wanted very good light in my home office -- this one can use three 150-watt bulbs, and it's dimmable. It looks great and provides the lighting I need. Service from Lamps Plus has been excellent -- things come quickly, well-packed, in perfect condition. I had to return some sconces because they didn't match this light, and the customer service person helped me find sconces that were a perfect match. My account was credited promptly, the new lights came promptly, and they were a great match for this beauty. I recommend Lamps Plus -- I have made several purchases and have been happy with all of them.

I have purchased two of these lights - a larger one for our dining room and a smaller one for an upstairs hallway. The ceilings in this older, coastal home are low (8 to 8.5 feet) and this light fits the space well, is simple but interesting, and friends have complemented the style for what is largely an updated beach home. There is more than sufficient illumination and the different sizes available permit some continuity of lighting fixtures around the house if that is desired. It seems well made and the electricians hung it readily.
