Q: Hi, is the tray on the top solid brass or is it brass colored paint? Wondering what the durability of the tray is. If brass, it can be polished. If not, will the finish scrape off? Thanks.

This looks like a table from Dollar General with a price tag of $19.95. It is so cheap and flimsy I cannot believe I paid $75 for this! Too much trouble to send back but WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN
