Cute :); big stain :(

I ordered two chairs and they arrived early, which was so nice. I was excited to set them up in my living room. The chair is super cute and very easy to assemble. It’s just interlocking metal pieces that slide together—no tools needed! The material is a fun, textured bouclé. It’s a little stiff, but I’m thinking the seat will soften. I ordered yellow and was a bit afraid it would look like Winnie the Pooh, but it did not at all—it’s fun but also elegant, and it brightens the room. It took me 20 minutes to assemble the chair and set it up. So cute! Unfortunately, I discovered upon unboxing that the second chair arrived with a very large round blue-green stain on the seat, so I had to return it. The box was so heavy for me to lift, but UPS and FexEd wouldn’t pick it up, and I was not able to return it to Target, so I had to get it to a UPS store, and trust me—that was not easy. Also, I’d hoped to be able to exchange it, but I had to fully return it and buy a whole new one, which is kind of a pain. Having said all of that, I hope the replacement chair is clean and not damaged because I don’t want to be stuck with just one chair, however cute it may be.

Since our chairs were compressed in the packages during transportation, they may be stiff when they arrive at first. After a few days, the chairs can be automatically resilient, and they will return to the original soft material. Please wait patiently for a few days. I’m sorry to hear about the issue with the second chair. We recommend trying to gently clean the stain with a damp cloth and a bit of mild soap to see if it clears out.
