Yuck
The soup leaks out because they break too easily. The meat has some hard gross parts that I couldn’t eat. Not great flavor. Love Chinese soup dumplings and love pho, but did not like these.

Excited to try this flavor, but…
I was excited to try this flavor as a huge fan of Beef Pho…but the soup dumpling doesn’t really have all of the complex flavors I was anticipating. It was a bit underwhelming.

These need to be in your secret stash of goodies in the freezer...behind the bagged veggies and pre-made casserole you made 26 months ago for an “easy weeknight dinner”…if I didn’t feel embarrassed eating the whole bag on my own, I totally would have. Definitely buying again!!

Not so much.
I Love Pho. That being said, while the flavors were there, they are waaay too salty and the price is crazy!! $8.00 for a regular size bag which only had 10 teeny tiny dumplings in the bag! So, as much as I wanted to like them, I just don’t. Guess I’ll just have to keep driving across town to the Vietnamese restaurant to get my fix!!🙁

YUM! I love them.
I love these dumplings, and like the beef pho flavor much better than the pork. The pork mouthfeel is too rubbery to me, but the beef ones are the perfect combination of firm yet tender. I can’t say they taste like pho, but the flavor and texture is great and they steam up beautifully. I wish I could figure out a way to have them turn out decently in the microwave because I would bring them to work for a quick and tasty lunch. I have repurchased them already and will again in the future.
