Broken platters
I ordered 12 two do Christmas gifts upon arriving three of the platters were broken. Very poor packing from shipper. Was going to replace this item with the three broken but now it says out of stock. Very disappointed that they cannot be replaced. I cannot answer any of the other questions as I have not used the item. Beware… I don’t believe these items are being shipped by target because of the very poor packing.

Shallow rim & arrived broken
Cure chip & dip plate and I love the color but mine arrived broken. Also, the rim is very shallow so food could easily roll, slide or fall off if stacked.

Cute, but edges are too short
Really cute, but the bowl portion is so shallow. Wouldn’t work well for looser dips like salsas. Sides are also really shallow so chips or whatever else could easily slide off the edges too. I returned it.
