This is delicious made with the recipe on the back with dates and cloves. We add some walnuts and yogurt and then have a porridge with more iron and fiber than other grains.

So good!
I am allergic to oat and am sensitive to all grains and whets, so traditional morning cereals are out for me. This is a perfect replacement for oatmeal or cream of wheat and reminds me of farina. It’s easy to cook and has a wonderful flavor. Goes nicely with maple syrup and cinnamon, raisins or bananas.

Great tasting
I’ve tried other teff whole grain but I always find Bob’s Red Mill tasting the best. The moisture content of the grain perfect. Time to stop trying the others and stick with the best

How to clean teff?
Why is there grit in the teff? Fully cooked, but there are still hard specks that almost seem like sand. The grain is too fine to see what is in it with the bare eye or to sift it out. Any advice on cleaning teff?

Perfect for homemade soups!! I’m looking to try it in other recipes. It’s filling but not heavy. Glad I discovered it for something different.

Tried something new!
I am trying to venture out into grains I have never tried. So grateful my favorite brand has them available. I enjoyed the Teff. I has slight earthy flavor. My only reason for giving the 4 star vs 5 is I really like a larger grain. It was very hard to rinse since I didn't have the proper colander.

Small But Mighty
This tiny grain is delicious! It has a sweet, nutty flavor, and keeps a little bit of crunch after cooking. So far, I've had it as a side dish and in homemade vegetable soup. Can't wait to try it as a breakfast cereal.

Teff, Teff, and more Teff.
I love Teff in sweet breads like zucchini or banana breads It gives it that crunch texture of poppy seed bread. I also enjoy it in Oatmeal with milled flax and chia seed. I am always finding new thing to add that supper nutritious grain into.

I love Teff!
As a first time buyer of teff, I quickly criticized once I received it because it resembled sand. Once, I cooked it (learned on YouTube)I fell in love with it. My grandmother even loves it. We eat it for breakfast every other day. I add nothing to it( no sugar, fruits, etc) and it simply tastes divine. One thing to keep in mind, rinsing the teff before cooking is a definite MUST.

A delicious grain!
This is a great whole grain to replace other flours with. The products I've made with it are delicious and nutritious! I recommend using teff flour as a one-to-one replacement for other flours.

Great addition to soups!
I add this to soups or stews. Sometimes I toast it a little bit first.

Hearty and comforting
This was the first grain I tried on my new quest for healthier grains. I tried to clean it like the instruction said. Nope. I used a coffee filter to drain them. Took a long time. I don't rinse them anymore. Seeds are too tiny to use a sieve. Flavor is AMAZING! I eat it as a hot cereal and it is so comforting. Feels like cream of wheat but has a totally different flavor. Earthy and very delicious.

Good stuff
Never heard of Teff prior to seeing it at Bob's Red Mill. I purchased for the cereal aspect of it and I was not disappointed. Not the easiest grain to cook but not that difficult either.
