Q: This came with no directions and the hub won't stay open without securing ropes. How is this supposed to stay open. Using it on my deck so can't secure to anything

Good concept, but I will be honest I got extremely frustrated with this. It came with no instructions for setup at all, to the eye you can figure it out, but I was afraid to pop the one part in place without 100% knowing this was what you needed to do. It comes with stakes and ties but I am not sure that it would stay put outdoors if there’s a wind.

The Hearth & Hand 84” Tripod Manual Projector Screen is a good concept, in the fact that this screen is portable and therefore can be used just about anywhere. However, the components are made of vinyl and therefore not sturdy enough. Also, I am confused as to how this product relates to the overall Hearth & Hand brand. This product needs some improvement.

Not the easiest to setup. Had no setup instructions so had to figure it out. Once it was up, it’s a good screen to use with a projector. The size is good for a lot of applications to be seen from many distance. Good storage case
