It's Monohydrate
Which means it will be harder to make dissolve. The reviews that say it doesn’t dissolve at all need to use micronized creatine instead. I got this Bloom creatine to have “my own” creatine and not use the one my husband uses. I mix it with my clear protein and just shake it really well in a blender bottle. I drink the whole thing in one go, so the fact that it doesn’t dissolve well is fine for me as shaking it first then drinking does the trick. If you want it to dissolve well, get a different brand.

So far so good! The only issue is say is that it does not dissolve easily at all. I mix it with a little hot water the add ice and more cold water. This seems to help a lot.

I’d been researching the numerous health benefits of creative an decided to give it a shot. I already renjoy so many other Bloom products, it was an easy decision to go with this trusted brand.. I started it at the same time as another supplement so I can be 100% that the effects are from the creatine but it seems to have helped with my recovery time and overall tiredness. I put it into my daily smoothie. It is a small amount so it did not change the taste of my smoothie but I can’t comment on taking it alone.

Doesnt dissolve well.
Tasteless which is nice but is VERY grainy! This does not dissolve well at all. I've even tried to froth it in hot water to try to get it to dissolve better and it does not! Just pools at the bottom of my cup or water bottle. Definitely will not be repurchasing this.
