[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The noodles were pretty good, but the cheese sauce is what I would describe as vegan miracle whip. I would not choose to eat this again. However, I added some herbs, spices, milk, butter, and cheese. That improved it enough for my husband to like it. Packaging is pretty.

As a home with lactose intolerant inhabitants, the fact that it is dairy-free is a big plus. The cheese sauce comes in a pouch and stirs into the macaroni very easily. The only thing we would add is more white cheddar to give it a little more of that cheesy flavor. All in all, if you see it, check it out!

Cooking instructions is similar to all other Mac and cheese instructions and is a great alternative for the people avoiding dairy products.

I am not on a gluten-free or dairy-free diet, but if you are, I would recommend this mac & cheese to you. I was skeptical because most gluten-free products I have tried have had a weird texture, but these noodles are fantastic! I could not tell the difference and the flavor is also cheesy, although there is no cheese listed in the ingredients list.

The flavor was quite tasty and I appreciated the short ingredients list, although I tend to prepare mostly healthier vegan meals at home so this would be an occasional treat. For a boxed mac and cheese it was very good and healthier plus a more ethical choice. The gluten free noodles still had good texture after 6 minutes of cooking and adding the sauce was really simple. A very fast meal which is nice on busy days. The price was a little high for the servings in the package but not unreasonable for a gluten free vegan option. Overall I'd definitely buy it again!

The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. It comes with a bag of dried pasta and a pouch of sauce. My biggest complaint is the sodium content, which seemed excessive.

This is a great alternative to the Auntie's white cheddar shells if your kids like those.

I had to cook the noodles 3 minutes longer then the package instructions but, besides that pretty easy to follow. I could tell it wasn't "refular" mac and cheese but, it still taste pretty good. The noodle texture was a little diffrent for me. People with dairy allergies who like mac and cheese would definitely love this alternative.
