    Don’ bother

    Genuinely the worst shampoo i’ve ever tried. I’ve only had it for one week including the conditioner, and my hair has become so unbelievably dry and frizzy since starting this. My hair is long, healthy and i do not color at all and only occasionally heat style. This shampoo has left my hair feeling and looking like its been bleached from how damaged it looks. Terrible.

    Silky smooth hair. I’m so happy with the formula. It’s my favorite for my hair type. I have a lot of fine wavy hair. I’m more than half gray. This is the best I’ve tried so far. I’ve tried a lot of different things.

    Helped my scalp a lot

    I use this along with the conditioner for this, I really like how it helped my frizzy hair. It smells amazing, works well, easy to apply, and I like the texture of this shampoo. My scalp also feels way more fresh, comfortable, and so on I’m so glad I got this shampoo because I literally only use dove product and especially this one

    Absolutely no smell

    This shampoo is totally clear and has absolutely no smell, coconut or otherwise. It is very drying to my hair. The only positive thing about it is that it rinses out of my hair easily and I have thick hair. Everytime I use it I think that they must have left something important out of the formula in this particular batch of shampoo.

    Causes Itching

    I purchased Dove coconut & hydration damage therapy at a grocery store. Shortly after I started using it, the tops of my ears where my glasses rest, started to itch. Then my neck where the ends of my hair made contact started itching as well. Triamcinolone helped with the symptoms. I switched back to a previous shampoo for a couple of weeks and the itching went away. As a test, I resumed the Dove product only for the symptoms to return. I'll have to stop using this product.

    This Dove Coconut & Hydration shampoo is absolutely perfect for my dry wavy hair. I love the big bottle and the pump dispenses product evenly without ever getting stuck and on my nerves. It leaves my hair looking and feeling hydrated, squeaky lean and less frizzy. It has a subtle scent to it and doesn’t irritate my dry scalp. Will forever repurchase this!

    Hydration shampoo with a fresh scent that leaves hair soft and manageable

    I ' been using this shampoo for a few days and I really like how soft and hidrate my hair feels after each wash . The coconut scent is light but leave a fresh ,clean smell . I go to the gym often so I need something that cleans well without drying my hair and this work great . My hair feels smoother , more manageable and not weighed down . I would definitely recommend it for every day use if you want hydration and shine .

    I have never had a “moisture therapy” product dry my hair out so much. Absolutely awful. The ends of my hair looked and felt like hay. I didn’t even finish the bottle, it went right in the garbage. Waste of money, ruined my hair.

    Works as promised

    I have been using an expensive salon shampoo for my dry, curly gray hair but since the price of everything is going up with no end in sight, I need to save money wherever possible. I bought this shampoo last week and I am very pleased with it. My hair is shiny, bouncy and soft and smells great . So far, it’s working much better than the expensive shampoo I was using. I’m planning to buy the Dove Cocoanut Hydration Conditioner when I need to. Thanks Dove for this product. Please don’t discontinue it!

    Scent ... awful. Product has potential

    I would give it 5 stars but... It would be an awesome product if it didnt smell like limey-chemicals!! I actually like the performance of this coconut hydration line, keeps me oil free for a few extra days, and my ends shiny and pretty. i just can't get past the smell... no coconut what so ever, just lime. Like, a lime hand sanitizer. It's awful. I love all the other coconut products of yours, like the deodorant- that smell is beautiful. Please consider matching that smell or making the shampoo and conditioner more of a true coconut scent! This lime has Got. To. Go.
