In 1991, we set up a small table at the local farmers' market displaying the few dozen items we had finished hand-labeling just hours before. This topping is absolutely delicious! Flavorful and sweet (but the coffee flavor balances it). Just the right consistency too, great on vanilla bean ice cream :yum:. I could eat it by the spoonful!

I got a 13 oz jar of your coffee caramel sauce at Blue Heron gift shop in Tillamook, Oregon and it's delicious on coffee ice cream !!! We live in Washington. Is it safe to ship it clear across country, being that it's a glass bottle ???
