A: We have the white color and that is a bit like a teddy bear, yes. It's soft but feels durable and not easily worn/matted.

Not sure if I received a defect but the backrest fell out of the slot the minute I sat on the chair, luckily my husband caught me before I fell all the way back. The bottom cushion is also very uncomfortable. Save your money.

This chair is really comfortable and great for this price point. It was very easy to put together and still feels sturdy/durable so far after having it for about a month. We look forward to using it with our baby soon. We got the white color and so far it's also stayed clean with us being mindful as well!
