No sound?
My son loves the duplo sets, especially vehicles. The firetruck and construction vehicles have lights and sounds on top. Why not the ambulance? It seems like a big detail was just forgotten or overlooked. We both looked at each other with surprise when we put it together and silence. A let down for sure.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We're glad to hear your son enjoys the DUPLO vehicle sets! We understand how the lack of lights and sounds on the ambulance could feel like a letdown, especially compared to others. We'll pass your comments on to our designers!

Easy to put together and fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My four year old had lots of fun playing with this Lego set! It was simple to put together, most of the stuff was either already together or was only a few pieces. She is still reaching for it months later!

Many lessons in one plus fun.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Colorful and easy to grip by little hands. Helps little ones with fine motor skills. Teaching about community helpers is a nice educational focus also. The diversity of the characters is very warming to see. Kids will spend more and more time putting it together and taking it apart but even more because the ambulance in on wheels. So much fun! Wee-ooo! Wee-ooo! Wee-ooo!

Helps with imaginative play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loved this set and really enjoyed taking it apart and adding to it with his other Duplo sets. He is 4 and could put most of it together himself. A fun toy.

Ambulance forThe win!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son just loves duplo and the bonus of getting an ambulance was the best! My son’s a huge fan of ambulances and fire trucks. Since receiving our set it’s been played with everyday. Some times it needs a little extra love to be put back together but is very quickly on to its next adventure either it be inside or outside. All over my tiny human just loves it

Very cute
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl loves vehicles of all kinds and has been very interested in doctor toys lately so this ambulance was a fantastic addition. We had lots of 1980s/90s duplo that she never really played with but when I added this to her existing duplo she seemed more interested. I had to open and lift a lot of the ambulance parts for her but apart from that she really seemed to like it and had a decent amount of time playing with it before moving on. The only negative is that we both couldn't figure out the window and how to incorporate it. The figure didn't fit behind it properly so it didn't really get played with after that. Perhaps if it was part of a house that would be nicer and make more sense.

Easy to build, fun and engaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter (2.5yrs) loves this set. She was drawn to it straight away and helped me build it - it was a good level of difficulty to build for her age, challenging but not frustrating. After the build she engaged in fantastic role play and imaginative play with me, she continued to play for a while. We got the set almost a week ago and she had continued to go back and play with it several times a day and comes up with new fun imaginative ways to role play. .... including a poor cashew who was sick and needed a ride in the ambulance!

Great Lego set for toddler
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Lego Duplo is great for a kid to start learning and having fun with Lego. It is not too challenging but not easy for three years old kid my son enjoy this set, especially with a ambulance and two person. Their ambulance can open the door to put a person into the car. I highly recommend this set for the toddlers.

So adorable & great learning toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a cool set for little ones! Our daughter is 2 and loves "building." She also loves hearing sirens & knows that they "help people." So this set is such a fun way to teach about how paramedics & an ambulance can help. The ambulance opens and has room for the driver & stretcher for the little girl. The pieces are cute & fun to play with. My little one helped open the box & put everything together (although she is not yet able to put the more complicated pieces together on her own). After we talked about the kit, she started adding them to her box of Duplo Legos & building even more with the set. It keeps her entertained for a good 30+ minutes, which is always a win with a toddler! I can't wait to see how this set grows with her. Great quality & beautiful set.

Just Ok
Bought this for my grandkids/duplo village. They already have/love the police and fire sets and really enjoy those. Disappointing that this one doesn’t have a working light bar/siren. Kids kept pushing it expecting it to work like the others do. Also missing the push to roll function they have in the police car. Color scheme is a bit bland.

Just so so
He built it, looked at it, and threw it in the Lego box. He is not old enough for Legos. And loves the other firetruck, police, hospital bed. Because they can be moved. This one, nothing can be changed. Offers no opportunity for involved stories of car wrecks, stretchers, getting into the ambulance, and so forth.
