Merrick Lane Gray/Natural Woven Rattan Modular Sofa Set for Indoor/Outdoor Use with Loveseat, Two Ottomans, and Tempered Glass Table

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Issue #1: Some parts were mislabeled. For example, (6) is really supposed to be (3) in STEP 5. Issue #2: Some STEPS were left incomplete due to poor alignment build and setup. For example, STEP 7 was left uncompleted due to extreme misalignment for the screw and hole. Issue #3: Unsecured glass. The table suction cups do not hold the glass at all. Since I have puppies, I worry that the table could get knocked over and the glass will slide right off. Issue #4: Some spots were hard to reach for the Allen wrench - not impossible, but difficult. Made the task of assembly challenging. Issue #5: One of the support pieces for the table had issues. I could not get the rubber off of the ends where the screws go. It is literally stuck. Hence in the photo, you will see the part on the table. Despite the assembly woes and issues, the design seems sturdy and durable. The cushions are comfy. It is a nice set to have in the house. Do keep in mind that it took me about 5 hours including the time spent on the issues. I recommend taking breaks in between steps. Overall, not a bad product. Just wish for a better assembly design. Maintenance is not too bad too indoors. Just need to wash the cushions occasionally and dust down the table and plastic parts of the furniture.

The holes do not line up very well and make it extremely hard to assemble. The finished product sits uneven due to the offset holes. ***Unfortunately this product came at a time of year that wasn't conducive to the product being put together. It took me 4 weeks to get it together betweer the rain for days and freezing temperatures. .We received copius amounts of rain and then large sums of snow and ice where I live. The furniture is currently under approximately 6 inches of ice and snow and I cannot photograph it.***OVER ALL, I would not recommend this product to anyone that isn't skilled in assembling furniture with difficult hardware. If you enjoy a challenge, this is for you! Its comfy and stylish once it is together.

It is very stable and even though it was not easy to assembly my husband did it very quickly. It is very light and easy to move around. Footprint is ok I guess. My husband and I love spending time in our balcony seated in our loves seat sofa and drinking coffee or tea with some snacks placed in the ottoman. I cannot recommend this enough, it is beautiful, lightweight and functional. Super highly recommended!

We have used it almost everyday since it arrived as it provides a comfortable space to eat outdoors and/or just to lounge and get some fresh air. The assembly took about an hour with 2 people. There were a couple parts that were mislabeled which slowed the building process some. There was a sweet, powdery scent when taking the set out of the box, but that has dissipated with time as it airs out. The pieces are easy to clean and seem to be holding up well to rain. Overall, we are very happy with this furniture set!

The hardest part was building the chairs as the holes did not line up well and the pieces were mislabeled. I’m hoping the weather resistant material stays strong and durable in Florida rain and shine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am happy with the products. We have arranged them with the existing back deck furniture we have and it all goes together very nicely. I think this is good starter furniture for a patio. The cushions are not very thick so not very cushy but outdoor furniture does tend to be more stiff anyways. The quality of the wicker material seems very good. I will say we had quite a time assembling this furniture. Two of the parts were mislabeled so it took a while to figure that out and we had to be very loose with the assembly at first because where the holes are drilled is not perfectly aligned and not very forgiving. But now that they are assembled I think this is a good addition to our home. Everything does feel sturdy.

My main frustration and why I can’t give 5 stars was because the two main price were mid-labeled and took me about 30 minutes to realize I should just swap the pieces. Additionally I was sent sooooo many extra pieces. The people packing this are not paying enough attention. The product is great once you are able to build it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This delivery came at the worst time as I am trying to now move and it is winter so I won’t be using it, but I did what I could with the pictures. My initial thoughts is that is is good quality! There might be some weathering concerns with the material so I’m going to make sure I place covers on it in the winter. The chairs are a little low for me and my husband but we are on the taller side. Once you sit down though you don’t recognize it. The glass table is very nice, not too big not too small. The cushions are an okay size to provide some support but the are nothing super thick or supporting; just an other cushion for outdoor furniture. Overall, good first impression but concerned about wear overtime
