Solid piece that is a challenge to assemble

The piece is sturdy and holds a lot. I’m using it in my kitchen to store pet food items, not shoes. I give it 3 stars because it is very cumbersome to assemble. It took me about 3.5 hours by myself. The directions are challenging and the images are not clear on which side faces which direction so it could be very easy to assemble a part incorrectly. There are multiple parts where no joke is pre-drilled and you are expected to use a small Allen wrench to screw into the wood. I hade several areas where the veneer was already flaked off when I unboxed the piece. There are areas where the screw is large and the MDF board and veneer are not so it is easy to split. Photo is in process and 2 doors still need to be added. This is an area where you have to align and balance the piece while putting in a screw with no pre drilled start.
