Mermade Blow Dry Brush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I took some time to leave this review, allowing myself to use the brush twice. This is a pretty brush to look at and super lightweight, it almost feels like a toy (and by no means is this meant to be perceived as negative). I was optimistic that this brush would live up to the hype but in my case, it simply lacks the power and heat for a true salon blowout. This brush leaves my hair frizzy, doesn’t dry your hair any quicker than any other brush on the market. If anything, I felt that despite this brush being super lightweight it actually took more time and effort to get the right result. Keeping all of this in mind, I don’t think it’s worth the price. You’re better off getting the Revlon brush that is cheaper, you’ll get the same (or better) results.

Just received my blow dry brush, I can't say enough of how amazing it is. My hair has never felt so good, I can curl with it, add volume or even wear my hair straight. I'm so excited to do my hair in the morning before work. Light weight, my arm doesn't hurt drying my hair. I'm a hair stylist and this is one of the best things on the market. Thank you!!

I love this thing! I have thick course long hair and it cut down my blowout time by at least 20 minutes.

It is lightweight. Ionic technology definetly leaves hair smooth and very minimal fly-aways. An improvement would be the material of the brush handle. It seems to be made of economic plastic.

I was getting bored with my medium long bob, so I was looking for tools to style it and came across Mermade Hair. First off, the brush is super easy to use (I use it on medium dry - almost dry hair) and creates really wonderful bounce, shine and movement! I only deduct 1 star as the setting on cold and hot is very loud, I use it in general setting but it’s warm enough. Great purchase 🩷

It is for me personally insanely loud. Louder than my professional hair dryer. I‘ll have to return it unfortunately.

Took longer to dry my hair than I was expecting, however I can't imagine it would be faster than a blow dryer anyway. Still happy with it though as it allows me to style my hair whilst its drying.

I'm actually super impressed with this. I don't really know what I was expecting but this worked so much better than I thought. Dried my hair pretty quickly, but only thing is sometimes if you grab hair in chunks that are too big the brush can struggle to "comb" through your hair, so I'd recommend taking smaller chunks of hair.

I used this along with the Mermade Mist- actually makes my hair look so good! I have the mermade mist which I use as a primer and heat protectant, but it also just helps with keeping my hair smooth and frizz-free when using with the blowdry brush.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it pretty much every time I've washed my hair. It's easy to use and leaves my hair super shiny which I love. Defs recommend!

I have so much trouble adding volume into my hair and this has helped me so much. I just use the brush and pull my hair upwards from the scalp and it creates so much lift at the root :)

So good, it saves me so much time- I used to use just my hair dryer but this works better.

Such a good blow dry brush- I have an older one that I used to use, but stopped using because I kind of just forgot about it and didn't reach for it enough- although I purchased this one as I wanted to get back to using a blow dry brush and was scared to use my old one and this one is so much better. It dried my hair faster and also didn't leave my hair smelling weird- It also has a swivel cord which is super useful because my last one didn't. Thanks Mermade :)

Bought it for my mum because she was after something to style her hair with and she loves it

I have super flat and straight hair, and this helped so much with creating volume. If you use it close to your hair on damp hair you can create so much volume which i love- finally!

The blow dry brush not only dries but styles my hair in minutes. I love the 'twist' method when creating that bouncy, blow out look!

I normally use a brush and my blow dryer, but this makes it so much easier that they're both in one. Styling my hair takes like 2/3 of the time and my arms don't feel like they're dying anymore.

Pretty much bought it because it's pink and thats my fav colour. Super happy with how it works though and use it at least twice a fortnight

I use this to create a blow out at home and it actually works so well. It doesn't quite curl your hair- I mean that's not what its made for, but I find if my hair is damp and I just twist the my hair as im drying it, it will create a nice subtle curl in my hair that makes it look a little like a blowout.
