I feel good giving it to her because I trust the Purina brand and the Beneful line is one of her favorites. I like that chicken is the first ingredient and it contains no artificial preservatives or flavors. To my dog it's just a tasty food. #ad

My dog has enjoyed different Beneful products since I got her and this one didn't disappoint. She didn't have any tummy troubles when switching over to it which is always a worry. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purina Beneful is a brand that I have been buying for years. There are healthier options on the market but some dogs are picky and won't eat any of the premium quality specialty stuff. The food contains a decent of amount of protein (23% min). It's a little lower than some brands we have tried but still reasonable. The first ingredient is chicken which I was pleased to see! (and my dogs were pleased to taste! LOL) The next ingredients are corn, barley, and wheat, which some people might not like to feed to their dogs. In my opinion, this food provides a good balance of nutrition AND has a taste that most dogs love!! Our dogs INHALED this food! I slowly incorporated it into their current dry food and they gobbled it up. I let them each sample a few pieces of kibble separately just to make sure they would eat it. They scarfed it down! It has a meaty aroma and a crunchy, easy to chew texture. None of my dogs experienced any digestive issues after consuming it either which is something that they occasionally experience with some brands. (especially our big girl with a sensitive stomach!) #sponsored

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently my boy Hercules was able to try out Purina Beneful Originals which was #sponsored and I'm sure glad he did! He absolutely loves this stuff! He received the chicken flavored food that had added vitamins, minerals and nutrients. The kibble itself was of perfect size as he is a medium breed. Normally, he will take a few nibbles of food and leave the rest for the afternoon but as soon as I put his dish down, he was gobbling his food up and actually finished it all. When dinner comes around, he's barking and doing spins because he's so excited to eat again. I didn't notice a lot of kibble residue which is a good thing and it's still too early to tell what his coat may look like or the health benefits. Since Hercules approves of this food, he will continue to get more and we shall report back on his health, skin and fur.
