I get mostly sparking water with a “barely there” watermelon mint scent and essence. I love that it’s organic and has natural flavors, and the amount of caffeine isn’t outrageous. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a fan of things like mint water and not a fan of watermelon or melon as whole, but watermelon-mint is definitely an odd combination. It almost tastes like honeydew and... well, plain pasta as an aftertaste. Its weird. I definitely enjoyed the Sparkling Uplift much more than Sparkling Focus. This is refreshing at first, but (I assume) the mint is what gives it a strange aftertaste. I did feel a bit more focused; the caffeine makes a nice little pick-me-up for later in the day without being as punchy as a coffee and at least a little better than a soda. I wouldn't go looking for this out in stores myself, but not everything can be a win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sparkling Focus Watermelon Mint was my favorite of the three So Good So You sparkling beverages (Uplift and Unwind). I drank this beverage around mid-morning. I didn’t have my standard shot of espresso. And, TBH, this powered me through work the entire morning and I still had some energy after lunch. The packaging is somewhat confusing, though: the actual can says it has 60 mg of natural caffeine, while the packaging says it has 100 mg of natural caffeine. I didn’t feel jittery which makes me think that it likely has ~60 mg of caffeine (of course, I can be wrong). The taste was refreshing, too! It had a nice balance between watermelon and mint. Plus, I loved the combination of the ingredients in this beverage: green tea caffeine, lion’s mane, and vitamin B12. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to have a tasteful refresher for work-instensive mornings.
