    No sugar No problem

    I have found Lakanto to be just like sugar, really, without the glycemic spike. I bake with it and make a lot of sweets with it. I even make sweetened condensed milk with it.

    Loving my Monkfruit

    I absolutely couldn’t stand substitute Sweetners. Then someone suggested Lankato Monkfruit. I tried the white and golden and became hooked on the golden. Now I use it in everything I use to use sugar for. I love it so much! It doesn’t leave me feeling tired and dragging like regular sugar did and actually taste better too! I lie love love golden Monkfruit! I can’t have my coffee without it. So great to have my coffee without the sugar guilt. Definitely give Lankato Golden Monkfruit a try. Ordering direct from the company helps make it a more affordable choice.

    Taste great, but unsafe

    Been using it for years, and developed Health issues with my bladder. Found out erythritol has been a major factor. Had to give it up. Warnings should be provided on package.

    I love the sugar and

    I love the sugar and golden sugar substitutes. This is the best sugar substitute I have ever tried. It tastes more like sugar than other substitutes and you really can’t tell the difference when you use it in baked goods or just sprinkling on top of things. I would highly recommend.
