Got an email that the gift card that I purchased was sent to my email & the payment was processed. I didn't get an email with my code. Called customer service they couldn't help me. I have to wait until tomorrow then what's the point of buying it online.. lesson learned just go to the store & get the actual gift card.

Thought I was purchasing Target gift cards as part of their 10% off promotion, as this was grouped with other Target gift cards. Says it was sent to my email and after checking my spam and order details there’s no evidence of it being delivered feed. When I attempted to dispute this charge and request to exchange it for an actual Target gift card I was told it was non refundable. Also, why does this count against the maximum amount you can spend buying Target gift cards during their promotion when you can only use it for Sony PlayStation? Feels like a scam on Target’s part.

Digital was never delivered and it's impossible to contact anyone
I've been waiting for days for the digital code to be delivered so that I could give it to my son and unfortunately it still hasn't been delivered and this app and online website makes it very difficult to talk to a human and it keeps sending you in circles over and over again when you click on the options to try to get help. It's absolutely ridiculous and I shouldn't have to wait five days for a code that said it could take a couple of hours and also says that it's been sent.
