Roblox failed redemption
I’m dealing with “customer relations” and it’s a nightmare. Activation was fine but when you go to redeem it, the website says “unexpected error occurred”…and I’m just asking for a replacement and they are still “researching the case”. I’m so frustrated with trying to get this resolved. Still not resolved…

I never received the items. Due to not being able to change my email address. I got in contact with customer service and they lied about sending me an email and fixing the issue. I usually buy stuff and pick it up at the store. That’s exactly what I thought would happen as always so I didn’t feel the need to change ma email just yet. 4 hours later they talking about the items were sent to my old, closed email.
